HR and Vetting Administrator (12 month FTC)

What you'll be doing

At Trinity Fire & Security, we are looking for a 12 month FTC to bolster our HR and vetting team during a busy period, in order to help support our fellow colleagues and new starters. Based in our Abingdon Office, you'll be working alongside other members of the HR team, supporting our colleagues across the UK. Whilst this role will be primarily supporting with our security vetting processes and administration, we do not require prior HR experience - we are looking for administration experience that you feel you can transfer to an HR vetting and administration role!

Whilst ideally we are looking for a full-time position, we will consider part-time applications, as well as hybrid working.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • HR Administration: Support with our HR and recruitment administration processes, which will involve interactions with colleagues and new starters across different teams. This primarily involves supporting with our security vetting application processes, but will also touch on managing our employee records and HRIS.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the managers and employees across the business where required to action vetting applications, and with other HR team members to support where required.
