We are looking for two HR & Recruitment Assistants to join our team and provide support across the recruitment and onboarding process, along with general HR administration.
As an HR & Recruitment Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of recruitment and onboarding activities. You will manage elements of the recruitment process, complete compliance checks and provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Support and manage key stages of the recruitment process.
Assist with the onboarding of new employees.
Complete recruitment and employment compliance checks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate employee and recruitment records.
Ensure relevant documentation is completed and processed in a timely manner.
Provide general HR and administrative support as required.
Carry out ad hoc administrative tasks and checks.
Liaise with candidates, new starters and internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience.
Follow company policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements.
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. You will ideally have:
Previous experience working in HR, recruitment or administration.
Experience of managing or supporting compliance processes and checks.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Good IT and administration skills.
The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team.
A proactive approach and willingness to undertake a range of general administrative duties.
