Job summary

Education for Industry Group in London is seeking an experienced HR Payroll and Analytics Manager to lead payroll, pensions, contracts and HR data governance across the Group. You will ensure accurate, compliant HR operations and the integrity of employee data while delivering insight-driven analytics.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will oversee recruitment processes, develop HR systems, and use workforce data to inform strategic planning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing payroll, HR data and HR systems.
• Experience leading a team and overseeing recruitment processes.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) and GCSE English/Maths.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll, pensions, contracts, and statutory reporting.
• Oversee HR systems and ensure accurate, compliant employee data.
• Provide workforce analytics to support planning and decision-making.
