Job summary

The EFI Group is seeking an experienced HR Payroll and Analytics Manager to lead payroll, HR data and people systems, ensuring accurate, compliant and insight-driven operations. You will report to the Head of HR and oversee payroll, pensions, contracts, statutory reporting and HR systems, providing analytics to support strategic decisions.

You will also develop the recruitment function, ensuring effective processes, reporting and a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards, or equivalent HR experience.
• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Significant experience managing payroll, HR data and HR systems, with leadership of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll, pensions, contracts and statutory reporting across the Group.
• Oversee HR data and HR systems, ensuring accurate and compliant operations.
• Develop recruitment processes and reporting, delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
• Use workforce analytics to drive decision‑making and continuous improvement.
