Experis is seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join a major public sector transformation programme delivered by a leading global technology and consulting organisation. Working within an HR Reinvention team, you will analyse and improve HR processes, policies and procedures.

This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement and the ability to produce detailed documentation and insights while supporting change initiatives across HR functions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as an HR Process SME.
• Deep understanding of HR operations and processes.
• Experience analysing HR policies and procedures.
• Proven process mapping experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and review HR policies, procedures and supporting documentation.
• Support HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed process maps and workflow documentation.
• Gather, document and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative working sessions.
• Review and validate content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support the creation and maintenance of HR knowledge base materials.
• Interpret HR-related data and provide meaningful insights.
• Produce high-quality project documentation and artefacts.
• Build effective relationships with HR teams, programme leads and stakeholders.
