HR Analyst - Fixed Term Contract
Future Electronics is seeking a dedicated HR Analyst to join our EMEA team at our headquarters in Egham, Surrey. This role offers an opportunity for career growth and development within a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality, confidential analytical support and organizational assistance within the EMEA HR team.
- Analyzing and computing compensation data, making recommendations, conducting research, and participating in special projects.
- Developing reports and enhancing productivity through HR analytical activities.
- Supporting HR data reporting, analysis, and project support to ensure effective data collection and reporting.
- Maintaining reporting tools and dashboards for analytics and metrics to support HR strategies.
- Troubleshooting data issues and providing ongoing monitoring of HR and reward metrics.
- Managing data for annual pay and monthly processes, including benchmarking and modeling.
- Maintaining the EMEA compensation database and verifying data accuracy.
- Providing regular HR and compensation reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Offering insights and recommendations for business modeling enhancements.
- Managing salary survey participation and benchmarking database.
- Conducting confidential compensation research and data evaluation.
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance through analysis of PeopleSoft information.
- Generating reports and supporting presentations for the EMEA leadership team.
- Collaborating with relevant departments to support initiatives using system and data insights.
- Compiling attendance reports and managing executive reports for global offices.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree educated with 5-10 years of data analysis experience in a commercial environment.
- Proactive, able to multitask, and work independently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and confidentiality skills.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Access, PowerBI, Excel, including Visual Basic and SQL.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
