Job summary

CoStar Group in London is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our international HR team, focusing on the UK. The role balances strategic advisory work with hands-on HR operations across CoStar International, ensuring engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

The successful candidate will understand UK employment law, manage employee relations, and drive data-driven HR initiatives, including AI-driven analytics and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience required.
• HR Business Partner experience in a matrix organization.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment laws required.
• Knowledge of German or Spanish employment laws desirable.
• Strong experience handling employee relations issues and investigations.
• AI technologies knowledge and application in HR is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and provide HR support.
• Lead full lifecycle HR processes including bonus programs, promotions, and performance reviews.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Analyse data and present findings to inform HR strategy.
• Coach managers to build high-performing, engaged teams and strong culture.
• Facilitate training on employee development and coaching.
