Job summary

Fortive is seeking an HR Systems Architect in Greater Manchester to lead the design and modernization of its HR technology ecosystem, including Oracle HCM Cloud, ServiceNow HRSD, and Eightfold. You will own integration patterns, data flows, and AI-enabled HR workflows across global teams.

The role requires deep enterprise architecture experience, hands-on integration leadership with Boomi, and a track record delivering AI/automation in HR. This is a senior, globally impactful position.

Qualifications

10–12 years of progressive experience in HR technology and enterprise systems architecture.
Must be available to work full U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours each day.
Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including integrations and security across multiple modules.
Proven experience with Boomi or a similar enterprise integration platform.
Experience designing and delivering AI/ML and automation within HR systems.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end architectural design of Fortive’s HR technology landscape, including Oracle HCM Cloud, ServiceNow HRSD, Eightfold, and LMS platforms.
Define and drive integration strategy across HR systems, moving toward API-first, scalable solutions.
Identify and deliver AI-enabled HR use cases and automation across the HR lifecycle.
Design HR data models, governance, and data contracts in partnership with BI/Data teams.
Collaborate with HR leadership, Product Owners, and vendor teams on platform decisions and roadmaps.
