Job summary

Compare the Market Limited is seeking an experienced HR tech specialist to configure and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM and related HR platforms. You will act as the technical SME, guiding HR, IT and vendors to deliver enhancements and integrations that support business priorities.

You’ll support testing and release management, including regression testing for patches and upgrades, while identifying automation opportunities to improve the colleague experience through technology.

Qualifications

• Proven experience configuring Oracle Cloud HCM core HR and self-service.
• Hands-on Oracle AI Studio in a live business environment.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle BI administration, configuration and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle Fast Formula and HR system design.
• Experience with ORC configuration and administration.
• Understanding of security models, roles, and access controls.
• Experience delivering HR system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize and continuously improve Oracle Cloud HCM and related HR technology platforms.
• Act as the technical SME for HR systems, providing guidance and troubleshooting.
• Partner with HR, IT and vendors to deliver enhancements and integrations.
• Support testing and release management including regression testing for patches.
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks and improve colleague experience through HR tech.
