Job summary

Compare the Market is seeking an experienced HR Technology Specialist to configure and support Oracle Cloud HCM, including Core HR and self-service, with hands-on Oracle AI Studio in a live business environment. The role also covers BI reporting, ORC administration, and secure HR system design.

You will partner with HR, IT and vendors to deliver enhancements, integrations and service improvements that align with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience configuring and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM, including Core HR admin and self-service
• Hands-on Oracle AI Studio in live business environment for AI-driven solutions
• Excellent knowledge of Oracle BI administration, configuration and reporting
• Strong experience with Oracle Fast Formula, workforce structures and HR system design
• Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), including configuration and admin
• Strong understanding of Oracle security models, roles and access controls
• Good understanding of payroll systems, processes and compliance considerations
• Experience delivering and supporting HR system integrations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Collaborative approach and passion for improving colleague experiences through technology

Responsibilities

• Configure, customise and continuously improve Oracle Cloud HCM and related HR technology platforms.
• Act as the technical subject matter expert for HR systems, providing guidance and troubleshooting for system changes.
• Partner with HR, IT and vendors to deliver enhancements, integrations and service improvements.
• Support testing and release management activities, including regression testing for patches and upgrades.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate tasks through HR technology.
