Page Personnel is assisting a manufacturing site in Turriff, Aberdeenshire, to recruit a HR Advisor. The role covers day-to-day HR support, policy guidance, and collaboration with site leadership to drive HR KPIs.

You will coach managers on policies, manage absence, and handle employee relations with a focus on compliance and consistency. A driving licence is required for UK travel, and CIPD membership or equivalent HR qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a HR role within a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of UK employment law and experience managing ER cases.
• Self-motivated to prioritise and manage own workload.
• Ability to prioritise own workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact at all levels of the business.
• Full driving license (requirement for UK travel).
• HR qualification and/or CIPD membership.

Responsabilités

• Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day HR support and employee queries.
• Partner with site leadership to drive productivity, people initiatives, and HR KPI delivery.
• Support and coach managers on HR policies, procedures, and people processes, including absence management.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and legislation.
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation in line with best practice and legal requirements.
• Assist with HR projects, initiatives, and management development programmes to support the wider people plan.
• Promote company values and support the successful delivery of HR priorities across the site.
• Identify and elevate HR risks where appropriate.
• Travel across UK sites as required.
