Job summary

Catalyst, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, seeks an HRBP Operations Analyst to provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees across assigned business areas. You will partner with HR Business Partners to deliver talent management initiatives, manage sensitive employee relations matters, and facilitate core HR processes such as training requests, transfers, and terminations.

As their organisation continues to grow in the region, they now seek to appoint an HRBP Operations Analyst to provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees across your assigned business areas, advising on policies, best practices, and people matters.
