Isca Recruitment is recruiting an HR Advisor for a growing organisation based in the Exeter area. This new role offers autonomy to influence people practices as the business grows and to move beyond standard HR administration.

You will combine hands-on HR support with longer-term projects, covering employee relations, policy development and data-driven improvements, partnering with managers to create a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Employee relations experience and coaching managers through difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to employees and managers throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage employee relations matters including performance, absence, disciplinary and grievances.
• Coach and support managers on performance, engagement, development and difficult conversations.
