HR Advisor/People Advisor

Location: Open on GTUK location + hybrid/flexible working available

Work Arrangement: Flexible/Hybrid working available

Role Overview:

You will be part of a flexible team supporting the business on activities related to performance, talent, and reward. You will guide and coach managers in managing their teams effectively, including handling performance issues, absence, investigations, and disciplinary cases. Supporting Senior People Advisers and People Advisory Managers, you will contribute to delivering our people strategy, initiatives, and annual cycle.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience in a generalist HR function working with large client groups
  • Supportive experience in employee relations, including absence management, capability, investigations, and disciplinary processes
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and presentation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Examples of supporting managers with impactful initiatives
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in large, complex organizations
  • Experience working in service line structures and centers of excellence
  • Experience delivering Inclusion and Diversity initiatives
  • Ownership of processes like salary reviews, performance moderation, and talent management
