• Experience providing HR advice to managers and employees.
• Ability to interpret employment law and HR policies.
• Capability to coach and develop line managers in people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for HR queries at the Redditch site and support other sites.
• Support the HR Officer with guidance and development to deliver HR services.
• Partner with leaders to deliver workforce plans aligned to business objectives.
• Lead investigations and formal hearings in line with employment law and best practice.
• Draft clear, compliant letters and communications, and support absence and performance policies.
