Job summary

Teamwork Partnership Ltd is recruiting an experienced HR Manager to join our Redditch site on a full-time basis. You will deliver proactive HR support to managers and employees, ensuring employment law compliance and best practice across a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Reporting into the People Team, you will handle ER matters, workforce planning, investigations, and change programmes while fostering a positive, inclusive culture and high performance at the site.

Qualifications

• Experience managing employee relations cases.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting logistics/warehouse operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries at the Redditch site.
• Support and coach the HR Officer to deliver HR services.
• Partner with operational leaders to deliver workforce plans aligned to business objectives.
• Contribute to organisational change initiatives and business transformation projects.
• Manage complex and sensitive employee relations matters with timely, compliant outcomes.
• Draft clear, compliant letters, reports and communications.
• Support managers with absence, performance, disciplinary, and conduct matters.
