Job summary

The position supports line managers on performance, attendance, and disciplinary matters, plus employment lifecycle processes, with documentation production and a focus on compliant HR service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR environment, particularly in supporting managers with people management issues.

Responsibilities

• Advisory Support: Offering triage advice and guidance on Performance and Attendance Management, Police Staff discipline, and management of change, ensuring compliance with Employment Legislation and organisational policies.
