Job summary

Adecco are recruiting for a HR Ops Support Administrator to work with Dorset Police Force in Exeter. This temporary role supports officers, staff and volunteers throughout the employment lifecycle, with a focus on attendance, probation, maternity leave, and leaver processes.

You will handle face-to-face, phone and email inquiries, follow established procedures, and participate in training. After training, there may be hybrid working arrangements, with a clear path to permanent roles within the
