GXO Logistics, Inc. in Bradford seeks an experienced HR Advisor to partner with site managers, delivering pragmatic HR advice and employee relations support on a fast-paced logistics site.

You will help ensure policy compliance, advise on absence and performance processes, and support training delivery while maintaining accurate HR metrics and strong stakeholder relations with Operations, Finance, Payroll and Health & Safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR advisory, ideally in fast-paced environments.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting managers on policy and people matters.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional HR advice and coaching to managers.
• Manage employee relations casework with fair, timely outcomes.
• Promote consistent application of policies across site.
• Assist HR Manager with HR training for managers (absence, performance, disciplinary, recruitment).
• Maintain accurate HR metrics and reporting.
