GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for our Primark site in Thrapston. You will support both Warehouse and Transport operations, providing expert HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle.

You’ll shape culture, drive engagement initiatives, and partner with leaders to deliver the site’s people plan. The role requires CIPD Level 5 and solid UK employment law knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies.
• Ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert HR advice and support to managers on employee relations matters (dis ciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, capability).
• Partner with operational leaders to drive engagement, performance, and talent development.
