Job Opportunity: Interim HR Advisor
  • Initial 3 Month FTC - possibility for extension
  • Hybrid Working
  • Salary up to £35,000

I am seeking an experienced Interim HR Advisor to join a dynamic HR team. This role is based 3 days onsite in West Bromwich on a contract basis. The position offers an immediate start for 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR admin support and manage flexible working requests.
  • Carry out project work as required and drive wellbeing, inclusion, and engagement initiatives.
  • Continuously update policies, handbooks, and HR procedures.
  • Assist with training courses and produce management information reports.
About You:
  • CIPD qualified (Level 3 or above).
  • Thorough knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to change.
  • Must be immediately available and willing to commit to a FTC.
