PATH Recruitment is seeking an HR Advisor based near Sandy, Bedfordshire, for an immediate start. This temp-to-perm contract begins with three months temporary employment before transitioning to permanent. The role offers a salary of up to £40,000, a company vehicle, and clear progression. Join an established UK equipment business delivering hands-on HR support and helping enhance people processes, with hybrid working up to one day per week.

Formación

• CIPD Level 3 qualification as a minimum; Level 5 desirable.
• Experience in a generalist HR role.
• Confidence advising managers on employee relations and absence management.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Advising and supporting managers on day-to-day HR matters and employee relations.
• Supporting absence management, taking meeting minutes and maintaining accurate records.
• Drafting and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
• Supporting recruitment, training records and employee development.
• Reviewing existing wellbeing benefits and identifying opportunities to enhance the offering.
• Contributing to wider HR projects and ensuring processes remain effective and compliant.
