Dardan Security Ltd is seeking a HR Advisor to join the Head Office HR team. You will support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, delivering a proactive HR service in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will advise on employee relations, assist HR projects, ensure compliance with UK employment law, and help continuously improve HR processes and practices.

Qualifications

• Qualified HR professional with CIPD grounding or equivalent.
• Experience as HR Advisor or generalist in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
• Ability to handle employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Strong organisational skills and accuracy in HR data handling.
• Experience working with HRIS and HR administration processes.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a high-quality in-house HR service across the business.
• Support on employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary actions and grievances.
• Assist in creating, reviewing and implementing HR policies compliant with legislation.
• Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee SIA licence administration including renewals.
• Assist with TUPE processes and governance, ensuring accurate data.
• Manage uniform orders and stock control.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and build stakeholder relationships.
