Job summary

Lodge Security is seeking an experienced HR/ER Advisor to join the People Team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is hybrid with a Cirencester or Redditch office base and a minimum of three days on-site.

You will own end-to-end employee relations casework, advise frontline managers, translate legislation into practical decisions, and champion high standards across the business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as an HR Advisor or ER-focused role.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
• Proven ability to coach managers and influence outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear ER documentation.
• Ability to balance competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee relations caseload across operations and support functions.
• Coach and upskill line managers through investigations, hearings and appeals.
• Produce precise documentation including outcome letters, investigation reports and notes.
• Keep HR policies up to date with UK employment developments and best practices.
• Partner with HR Manager on complex ER issues and organisational changes.
