Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Carrickmacross is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our manufacturing team. You will provide expert employee relations support, advise managers, and drive compliant HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, investigations, policy coaching, and engagement initiatives, with CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on employee relations matters and handling disciplinary/grievance processes.
• Strong case management skills and ability to coach managers on HR policies and legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities required.

• Good knowledge of employment legislation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable
