Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Junior HR Advisor for our Dudley office. You will support managers across the business on employee relations, absence management, and HR data analysis while contributing to process improvements.

The role is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract with a competitive salary and extensive benefits package. CIPD Level 3 or higher and strong Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous HR experience is required.
• CIPD Level 3 or above is required.
• Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate.
• Strong attention to detail; DBS check may be required depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing absence management and reporting on this.
• Analysing HR data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensuring all new legislation, policies and procedures are communicated appropriately.
• Attending employee relations meetings to take notes.
• Participating in meetings to highlight and address process improvements.
