A well-established manufacturing business in Wakefield is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to enhance their HR operations. The candidate will manage HR systems, engage with teams, and advise on developmental opportunities, requiring strong communication skills and ideally a CIPD qualification. This site-based role is essential for supporting the Group HR policies and engaging with the workforce effectively.

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join a well established manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all HR Systems are maintained and kept up to date with accurate information.
• Coordinate and support engagement activity on site, including localised event and working with external partners
• Advise managers on coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for their teams.
• Assist with the implementation of Group HR policy and procedures aligned with the overall people and business strategy.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience gained with a HR advisor/assistant position ideally within the manufacturing/logistics or FMCG sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally you will have gained a Level 3 or 5 CIPD Qualification

This is a site based role and therefore will require a driving license due to inaccessibility via public transport.

Due to the FTC element we are looking for candidates who can join either at short notice or immediate effect.
