What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including user access and mandatory training assignments
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure appropriate training solutions are assigned to users
- Conduct ongoing audits of the LMS to maintain accurate user and course records
- Liaise with external contacts to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Develop standardized work processes and documentation for the department

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience in an HR specialist or customer support role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources, Learning Technology, and Information Technology
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS and familiarity with Workday
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
- Familiarity with collaborative web technologies
- Experience in a high-volume work environment
- Previous experience in a learning management system
