A day in the life.
As our HR Technology Coordinator on the HR Technology team, you’ll support the team in providing cutting-edge technology solutions for our clients' benefits enrollment and administration practices. You will focus on the administration and implementation of HR technology solutions, particularly in benefits administration, file feeds, and client support. Your role will involve working with and assisting Project Managers by gathering and compiling benefit plan information, conducting thorough testing of employee-level scenarios, and providing exceptional client service through effective communication and collaboration.

  • Proven experience in HR technology implementation and benefits administration
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, specifically moderate to expert level Excel knowledge

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, and benefits administration platforms
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies

The applicable base salary range for this role is $36,700 to $68,500.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
