Job summary

Culina Group Limited is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support our HR Operations function. A full UK driving licence is essential for regular travel between sites.

You will bring strong Employee Relations experience and partner with managers to deliver practical, people-focused solutions. The role requires confidence managing the full employee lifecycle and providing pragmatic HR advice in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Employee Relations experience; manage cases end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience in pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice.
• Highly organised; able to manage a busy workload.
• Strong attention to detail and data-informed decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office and HR systems.
• CIPD qualification (or working towards) preferred, but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to support our HR Operations function on a 12 month FTC during a busy and exciting period of growth and change. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as regular travel between sites may be required. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing the full employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will have strong experience in Employee Relations (ER), providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of people matters while partnering with managers to deliver practical, people-focused solutions.
