Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing business on a fixed-term contract (FTC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all HR systems are maintained and kept up to date with accurate information.
• Coordinate and support engagement activities on site, including localized events and collaboration with external partners.
• Advise managers on coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for their teams.
• Assist with the implementation of Group HR policies and procedures aligned with the overall people and business strategy.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in a HR advisor/assistant role, ideally within manufacturing, logistics, or FMCG sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally, you will have gained a Level 3 or 5 CIPD Qualification.

This is a site-based role and requires a driving license due to inaccessibility via public transport.

Due to the FTC nature, we are looking for candidates who can join at short notice or immediately.
