Job summary

Gap Personnel are recruiting an HR Advisor for a permanent role in the Wrexham area. You will report to the HR Manager and support the whole business in the full life cycle of employees, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities include employee relations, end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, training and development, HR administration, compensation support, and HR projects.

Qualifications

• Qualified CIPD Level 5 preferred.
• 2+ years HR advisory experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support managers and employees through full life cycle of HR and ensure UK employment law compliance.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding with hiring managers.
• Assist in training and development, including appraisals and development plans.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases; prepare reports.
• Support salary benchmarking and benefits administration.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on changes in employment law and HR best practices.
