Job summary

Alkegen is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to deliver proactive HR services to UK-based managers and colleagues. You will report to the HR Business Partner and handle a varied Employee Relations caseload, driving employee experience across sites.

The role covers day-to-day HR activities for a 12-month FTC, requiring autonomous work, strong relationships with operational teams, and regular travel between UK sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a HR Advisor or generalist HR role.
• Strong Employee Relations experience, with complex casework handling.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to support multiple sites or remote operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert ER guidance to managers on a broad range of matters.
• Lead investigations and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Support HR queries across multiple UK locations and coach managers.
