ALPLA UK Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our on-site HR team in Golborne, Warrington. You will provide expert HR guidance, manage employee relations cases, and partner with line managers to drive compliant, practical HR solutions in a manufacturing environment.

This hands-on generalist role emphasizes UK employment law, policy adherence and delivering a professional HR service on site. CIPD qualifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor in manufacturing/logistics or another operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations cases end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice and manage employee relations cases across the site.
• Coach managers on HR policies, UK employment law and best practices.
• Be the first point of contact for HR queries and maintain a visible site HR presence.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure policy and legal audit compliance.
• Monitor absence, turnover and HR trends to support decision-making.
• Contribute to HR projects and improvement initiatives to enhance people processes.
• Collaborate with Health & Safety and Occupational Health on referrals and wellbeing initiatives.
• Deliver a proactive, professional, customer-focused HR service across the site.
