The Portfolio Group is seeking an HR Advisor to join a global HR consultancy, delivering services via platforms like Microsoft Teams. You will support clients in handling formal meetings, investigations, and settlement negotiations, onsite in Manchester. The role is permanent with a salary around £35K plus benefits.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in HR or law, strong client-service focus, and excellent communication skills to produce compliant, well-written reports for diverse client needs.

Qualifications

• Degree level in HR, law or related discipline
• Customer service experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to respond to short-notice assignments
• Impartiality and risk communication to clients

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and diarised meetings, conduct or support as required
• Undertake mediation, conciliation and other employment relations services
• Provide advice on employees' legal position with impartiality
• Provide prompt, high-quality reports within specified time frames
• Aim to meet hearing targets and drive repeat business
