Job summary

Artis Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the People Team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality HR advice to managers and colleagues across employee relations and broader people matters in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will work with HR Business Partners to support sites across multiple locations, travel between sites, and ensure compliance with UK employment legislation while promoting a positive colleague experience.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing complex employee relations casework.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate and pragmatic HR advice to managers and colleagues across employee relations and wider people matters.
• Coach managers through informal and formal ER processes including absence, investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Support managers in health and wellbeing matters, working with Occupational Health and others as needed.
• Maintain records of ER cases and provide MI to help managers monitor performance.
• Identify and manage people-related risks, escalating when needed and work with HR Business Partners.
• Assist in improving HR policies, processes and systems with the HRBP team.
• Deliver HR briefings, training and coaching to managers and colleagues.
