Acorn by Synergie in North Devon seeks an experienced HR Advisor to be a visible, proactive partner across the business. You will champion Employee Relations, support managers, and help create an inclusive employee experience with a hands-on HR generalist focus.

You will drive engagement, coordinate recruitment, and help evolve HR policies while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance. A competitive salary and supportive team await.

Qualifications

• Experience as a generalist HR Advisor
• Strong Employee Relations experience handling complex cases
• Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to influence, coach and support managers at all levels
• Proactive, positive and approachable manner with a genuine passion for people

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage Employee Relations matters; advise managers on disciplinary, grievances, absence, performance and wellbeing
• Build strong relationships across the business as a trusted HR partner
• Coach leaders to manage people-related matters in line with policies and law
• Drive employee engagement and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Maintain accurate HR records and systems with confidentiality
• Support learning and development initiatives
• Assist with HR policy development and rollout
• Manage benefits administration and communicate initiatives
• Create engaging internal communications to strengthen culture
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing
• Organise employee events and wellbeing activities
