Ambitions Personnel is seeking an HR Advisor to join our Derby-based team. This role focuses on Employee Relations and providing practical HR guidance to managers across the business. You will support fair, consistent decisions and help shape the people agenda.

The role covers the full employee lifecycle with a strong emphasis on ER, policy reviews, and HR project work within a growing organisation. An attractive package and opportunities for development are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor/HR Officer/HR Assistant.
• Solid Employee Relations experience.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice to managers across the business.
• Manage disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
• Coach managers through challenging employee situations.
• Support managers in handling Employee Relations cases.
