Job summary

The Talent World is partnering with a values-led renewable energy business to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to support the full employee lifecycle, provide expert ER guidance, coach managers, and drive HR process improvements. This role sits in a growing organisation where sustainability and collaboration are at the heart of the culture.

Reporting to the Head of People, you will influence managers, handle employee relations, assist with onboarding, payroll related tasks and system

Qualifications

• Previous experience as HR Advisor or HR generalist.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Confident in advising and influencing managers at all levels.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert ER guidance to managers and employees.
• Support investigations, hearings and employee relations processes.
• Coach managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases.
• Guide managers through complex employee situations with professionalism.
• Coordinate People meetings, track actions and drive practical solutions.
• Support onboarding, offboarding and salary review processes.
• Contribute to HR system improvements and reporting.
• Support learning and engagement initiatives and wellbeing activities.
