Job summary

Tiffany & Co. seeks an HR Advisor to support the UKI & Nordics HR team across employee relations, onboarding, engagement and people development.

This role partners with Retail, Corporate, and Europe excellence units, advising managers on day-to-day people matters and HR processes. The role emphasizes operational HR support while contributing to data insights and continuous improvement initiatives, requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, and cross‑functional relationship building

Qualifications

• Proven HR advisory experience with a dedicated client group in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and proactive problem-solving.
• Retail or consumer-facing background with on-ground team engagement.
• Excellent communication and data literacy to influence stakeholders.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support employee engagement initiatives and training with the Learning Team.
• Draft contracts and coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
• Provide ER guidance, document management, and compliance with local law.
• Manage joiners/leavers, payroll inputs, and benefits administration.
• Contribute to people, culture and leadership projects with data insights.
