Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking an HR Advisor to support the UKI & Nordics HR team, delivering employee-centred services across ER, onboarding, engagement and development. You will partner with Retail, Corporate, and Europe Centers of Excellence to advise managers on people matters and HR processes.

The role balances operational excellence with strategic creativity, supporting projects, data insights and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Qualifications

• HR advisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid working knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Background in retail or consumer-facing settings.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data literacy and ability to analyse people metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line guidance to store and corporate managers on ER processes and HR policies.
• Support onboarding, engagement and development initiatives; coordinate training with Learning Team.
• Manage ER casework and ensure compliance with local law.
• Oversee HRIS updates, payroll inputs, and benefits administration.
• Contribute to people, culture and leadership projects with data insights.
