Job Description:

DUTCH LANGUAGE REQUIRED - 7 month FTC (June - Dec)

The Onboarding Team manages online recruiting and supports managers and new associates through the hiring and onboarding process for UK, Ireland & Netherlands. Responsibilities include providing system support, managing support processes and reporting, creating employment contracts, and guiding new associates through onboarding via regular communication. As the HR first point of contact for onboarding support, the team handles a high volume of calls and emails, aiming to deliver exceptional service throughout the onboarding cycle.

You will need to understand our Talent Management system thoroughly and support managers and new associates effectively. Attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and support phone lines during working hours, with occasional support outside these times.
  2. Support managers with our Talent Management System (TMS).
  3. Provide guidance and support via phone and email, encouraging self-sufficiency.
  4. Monitor call wait times on the onboarding phone line.
  5. Offer consistent, expert advice aligned with HR policies and legislation.
  6. Create employment contracts and conduct follow-up calls for queries.
  7. Initiate onboarding processes and support with queries.
  8. Maintain accuracy in all communications.
  9. Support reporting activities.
  10. Log onboarding issues for future training improvements.
  11. Provide Right to Work (RTW) support and guidance.
  12. Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate on recommendations.
  13. Assist managers with daily activities.
  14. Review reports to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
  15. Contribute suggestions for service improvements and resource materials.
  16. Support team members with queries.
Other Responsibilities
  1. Maintain knowledge of Talent Management and onboarding processes.
  2. Support other HRSC areas during peak periods.
  3. Attend training and upskilling sessions.
  4. Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HR system upgrades and new releases.
Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
  1. Proficiency in Dutch is required.
  2. Confident and credible representation of HR to the business.
  3. Experience in conflict management and resolution.
  4. HR Service Centre experience is advantageous.
  5. Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes is beneficial.
  6. Previous Workday experience is a plus.
  7. Inquisitiveness and good investigative approach.
  8. Customer-focused with strong service skills.
  9. Ability to challenge tactfully and promote self-service.
  10. Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  11. High accuracy and attention to detail.
  12. Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
  13. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
