Job Description:

The Onboarding Team is responsible for online recruiting and supporting managers and new associates throughout the hiring and onboarding process for UK, Ireland, & Netherlands. Responsibilities include providing system support, managing support processes, creating employment contracts, and maintaining communication with new associates. The team acts as the first HR contact, handling high volumes of calls and emails to deliver exceptional onboarding support.

You will need to understand our Talent Management system and support managers and new associates effectively. Attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the onboarding phone lines during standard hours, with possible support outside these hours
  • Support managers with the Talent Management System via phone and email
  • Encourage self-sufficiency among managers in using the TMS
  • Monitor call wait times and ensure quality service
  • Provide HR policy and legislation-compliant advice
  • Create employment contracts and support onboarding queries
  • Maintain accurate correspondence and support reporting
  • Log onboarding issues for future training improvements
  • Support Right to Work guidance
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Assist with daily activities and report discrepancies
  • Contribute to service improvements and resource materials
  • Support team members as needed

Other

  • Maintain knowledge of Talent Management and onboarding processes
  • Assist other HRSC areas during peak periods
  • Attend training and UAT sessions for system upgrades and integrations

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Proficiency in Dutch is required
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in HR Service Centre or HR functions is advantageous
  • Experience with recruitment/onboarding processes is advantageous
  • Experience with Workday is beneficial
  • Investigative mindset and customer focus
  • Ability to challenge tactfully and promote self-service
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work accurately under pressure
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
