Job summary

Guidant Global is seeking a People Advisor / HR Advisor (Educational Background) to provide professional HR advice across employee relations for a Cumbria-based client portfolio. The role involves both remote support and onsite visits across Cumbria, with a minimum 50% in-person requirement.

Both full-time and part-time patterns are available, with flexibility. A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• HR-related professional qualification (CIPD).
• Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) in HR and Employee Relations.
• Chartered-level MCIPD qualification or equivalent professional standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and timely HR advice to clients across employee relations matters.
• Provide remote HR support via telephone and email, recording enquiries and casework in the CRM.
• Manage varied caseload including complex employee relations matters.
• Advise on disciplinary, grievance, capability, redundancy and absence cases.
• Visit clients across Cumbria for engagement and onsite HR support.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
