Job summary

Guidant Global is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver professional HR services to a portfolio of clients across Cumbria. The role combines remote support by phone and email with onsite visits, handling complex employee relations cases and ensuring compliance with UK employment law.

The position can be full-time or part-time with flexible pattern and involves travel across Cumbria. The initial contract is 3 months with chances of permanent conversion after the contract.”

Qualifications

• CPD in HR and Employee Relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice to clients across a broad range of employee relations matters.
• Provide remote HR support via telephone and email, ensuring enquiries and casework are accurately recorded on the CRM system.
• Manage a varied caseload, including complex and high-risk employee relations matters.
• Attend client meetings, investigations, hearings and appeals to provide professional HR advice and support.
• Visit clients across Cumbria for engagement, relationship-building and onsite HR support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with an allocated portfolio of clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that support their objectives.
