Norse Group's Head Office in Norwich is seeking an HR Advisor to join the HR Business Partnering team. You will deliver generalist HR advice and support across the Group, working on TUPE, business change, and HR projects.

The role offers 37 hours per week, a salary of £29,000-£32,800 DOE, and opportunities for professional development, with on-site parking and a supportive mentor setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing HR guidance and support.
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
• Willingness to progress CIPD qualification.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
