Zusammenfassung

Norse Group in Norwich is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to join our HR team. This full-time, permanent role is based at our Head Office, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will build strong HR partnering relationships across portfolio areas, support change programmes including TUPE restructures, coach stakeholders, and ensure HR policies align with best practice and current legislation. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifikationen

• Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent
• Experience in HR business partnering or advisory roles
• Ability to build strong relationships across all levels
• Full UK driving licence and travel to sites

Aufgaben

• Provide expert HR business partnering advice and guidance.
• Support change management programmes including consultation meetings for restructures and TUPE.
• Coach and influence stakeholders to improve outcomes.
• Work to SLAs to deliver customer service.
• Monitor HR policies to ensure compliance and best practice.
