The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Central HR Team. You will provide expert advice to managers, support recruitment, assist with employee relations, and help drive employee engagement and organisational development across the Trust, with a focus on catering support.

As a trusted HR professional, you will provide expert advice and guidance to managers, support employee relations casework, oversee key recruitment activities and help drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing and organisational development. Whilst supporting colleagues across the Trust, the successful candidate will have a particular focus on providing HR support to the Trust’s catering function, including recruitment, probation, sickness absence and appraisal processes.
