The Gorse Academies Trust (“GORSE”) are seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and people-focused HR Advisor to join our highly regarded Central HR Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a collaborative and supportive HR function, supporting colleagues across our establishments and ensuring that our people remain at the heart of everything we do.
As a trusted HR professional, you will provide expert advice and guidance to managers, support employee relations casework, oversee key recruitment activities and help drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing and organisational development. Whilst supporting colleagues across the Trust, the successful candidate will have a particular focus on providing HR support to the Trust’s catering function, including recruitment, probation, sickness absence and appraisal processes. Working closely with the HR Director, Assistant Director of HR, HR Business Partners and school leaders, you will:
