Job summary

The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Central HR Team. You will provide expert advice to managers, support recruitment, assist with employee relations, and help drive employee engagement and organisational development across the Trust, with a focus on catering support.

Working closely with senior HR leaders, you will manage multiple priorities, maintain high professional standards, and use Excel and HR data tools to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Provide professional HR advice across a wide range of employee matters.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities across the trust.
• Assist with employee relations cases including attendance, disciplinary, grievance and performance management.
• Produce and analyse HR data to support informed decision-making.
• Support learning, development and organisational change initiatives.
• Promote employee wellbeing, engagement and positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
